A webinar for patients, carers and healthcare professionals about hearing during and after radiation therapy and chemotherapy for head and neck cancer. Topics include:

1.       How we hear and how we measure hearing
2.       How does chemotherapy and radiotherapy therapy for head and neck cancer affect hearing?
3.       How should hearing be monitored and what can be done?

Presented by Kathleen Holland a clinical audiologist for over 35 years initially in the United States and since 1990 in Australia. She is the coordinator of South Australia’s public, adult cochlear implant program at Flinders Medical Centre.
