Thank you for your interest in organising a third-party fundraising event to support Head and Neck Cancer Australia.

Authority to fundraise

All third-party fundraising events supporting Head and Neck Cancer Australia must be approved by Head and Neck Cancer Australia . Please read the following terms and conditions and fill out the below Authority to Fundraise form. Once your application has been approved by Head and Neck Cancer Australia an Authority to Fundraise letter will be issued.

To conduct my fundraising event in a manner which upholds the integrity, professionalism and values of Head and Neck Cancer Australia.
To not approach any of the existing Head and Neck Cancer Australia partners or sponsors listed on the Head and Neck Cancer Australia website www.headandneckcancer.org.au. I agree that I will only approach my contacts, sponsors and supporters in the community.
I will not use the Head and Neck Cancer Australia name or logo on any communication materials in relation to this fundraising event unless permitted by Head and Neck Cancer Australia and will obtain Head and Neck Cancer Australia's approval of any statement regarding the relationship between the fundraising event and Head and Neck Cancer Australia.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I indemnify Head and Neck Cancer Australia, its employees, volunteers, members of the committee of management and all sponsors from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, suits, costs, arising from or in relation to the fundraising event that is the subject of this Authority to Fundraise form.
Head and Neck Cancer Australia reserves its right to withdraw approval for the fundraising event or the use of Head and Neck Cancer Australia's name or logo in any communication materials in relationship to your fundraising event at any time if it believes any aspect of the proposed fundraising event or communication material is no longer appropriate for any reason.
The event organiser must abide by the appropriate state or territory charity and fundraising legislation and must apply for any permits and/or authorities that may be required. Each state and territory have its own legislation; please ensure prior to running any fundraising event.
The event organiser agrees that Head and Neck Cancer Australia accepts no liability for this fundraising event.
