Maggie Hundertmark

Maggie Hundertmark is an accomplished board director and senior executive with a proven track record in governance, risk management, strategy development and organisational transformation across the financial services, advisory and equestrian sport industry. With over two decades of international leadership experience, including in Europe, Australia, Singapore and the Middle East, Maggie brings a sharp commercial acumen, a strong risk, governance, compliance lens and a collaborative approach to strategic and financial oversight.

Maggie’s governance and boardroom experience is backed by her deep knowledge and expertise in risk, governance, compliance, regulatory strategy and stakeholder management. She has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations and jurisdictions through major restructures, digitisation efforts and high-impact change programs. Known for her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage reputational risk, she brings measured judgement and clarity of thought to every board or executive table.

She holds a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Business Economics, a Master’s (Hons) degree in Management Science and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

In addition to her professional pursuits, Maggie is married to Johan and the proud mother of three children, Nannarelle (23), Amelie (20), and Julius (19). A lifelong equine enthusiast, she remains closely involved in the Australian racing and equestrian industries, both as a volunteer and hands-on participant. Maggie feels privileged to have been recently appointed to the Board of Head and Neck Cancer Australia (HANCA) and is proud to support the organisation’s mission, particularly meaningful to her as someone with lived experience.
